Using Ades Design Free Website Templates
You are free to use Ades Design Templates in any way you like as long as the following requirements are met:
- You cannot remove "Design by Ades Design" and the link http://www.adesdesign.net. from the footer of the template.
- You cannot sell the templates to 3rd parties.
- You cannot claim that you designed the template.
- You cannot include/bundle it within your products and sell to 3rd parties.
- You cannot use the templates for gambling and gambling related sites.
- You cannot use the templates for adult sites.
- You cannot use the templates for SPAM sites.
- You cannot use the templates for illegal business sites.
- You cannot use the templates for sites that promote illegal activity.
- You cannot use the templates for alchohol related sites.
- You cannot use the templates for hate/crime sites.
- You cannot use the templates for religious and cult related sites except for mainstream Islamic, Christian and Jewish sites.
As long as the above conditions are met:
- You can use the templates for your personal use.
- You can use the templates for your company/corporate use.
- You can use the templates for your client's websites as long as the "Design by Ades Design" text and it's link stays intact.
If you don't agree to any of the terms above then you may not use our Free Templates.
How can I remove the link?
If you don't want to link back to AdesDesign.net and want to remove the text "Design by Ades Design" from the footer, you can always do so by paying a small amount of only $12.00.
After making the payment send me the URL of your website through my website's contact form, I ask you to use contact form because that way your email will not be blocked by SPAM blocker and will arrive to my inbox safely.
After I receive your URL and confirm your payment I will enter your URL and YOUR NAME to my database of paid users, that way I know you are not someome infringing my Copyrights.
Note: You need to buy more licenses if you are using it on more than one domain name (website).
